Question Neonatal Nursing information

Hello my name is Cheyenne. I am currently in college getting ready to enter into nursing school. I am very interested in becoming a nicu nurse or practitioner. My son was in the nicu last year and watching them take care of him was very interesting to me. Anyway currently in my english class i am writing a research paper and it has to pertain to the career of my future. I need to interview three different people that are in that same field. I would appreciate it if someone could answer these questions for me.
1. What is your name?
2. What is your job titile?
3. What type of education to did you have to do in order to get where you are?
4. What made you decide to get into this field of work?
5. How long have you been doing this kind of work?
6. What was it like 3 yrs. ago working in the nicu compared to now?
7. What are your likes?
8. What are you dislilkes?
9. What is your salary?
10. What do you think will be the outcome in 10 years for this type of career?
11. What is included in your daily duties?
12. What are the hours?
13. What type of person, in your opion, would be good for this job?
14. Is there any type of special training that needs to be done before going into the field?
15. What is the ratio of babies to nurses where you work?
16. Explain why you think this is a rewarding field to work in.
17. What is it, exactly, that a NICU nurse does?
18. What type of advice would you have for some who is looking to get into this field of work?
19. What does NICU stand for?
20. How does this type of career affect you emotionally, physically, and mentally?
