Do you mean Neonatal ICU? Or do you mean L and D? If you mean NICU, please read some posts here in the NICU forum. If you mean a newborn baby, most L/D units nurse the continuum, not just newborns. In that case, please see the Ob-Gyn/Midwifery nursing forum. Hope that helps.

It is hard to answer your question without knowing what type of neonatal you mean. I would assume you mean NICU as you are posting here, but the next question is what level of NICU? There are three recognized levels, I, II and III (III is the highest level of advanced critical care).
