Question Need links/resources for Neonatal Heart Sounds

I've always struggled to hear murmurs unless they're very loud and very obvious. Does anyone know of some good websites and/or books with CD-ROM.

I am feeling I really need to remediate, but just too embarassed to share this with our educator. Help please!
