They said that they use a binder and that as each baby is started on new equiptment, etc an information page for parents on that is added to the notebook. We are in the process of putting together a parent notebook and I told our nurse manager that I thought we should add theses info pages. She thought it was a great idea and told me to do it. Well, now I can't find that post. If you have any information on how I can locate this person please email me. I was curious what resource was use for these sheets.
