Hello i'm a student nursePlease help me, this is my first time duty at the NICU , I need to make a nursing care plan and a discharge plan for a neonate with meconium aspiration( since july1,2007). Please help. Along with this is where could I get some nice videos/websites regarding it--for case presentation pathophysiology part). Thank U! your help will be greatly appreciated.

Think about what happened to the baby because of the mec aspiration.
What would be the diagnosis and what would you do about that?
What kind of meds is the baby on? Why? What do you have to watch for?
What is different about this baby from one in the Newborn Nursery? What would you do differently for this baby than a healthy one?
