Question Ethical Dilemnas in the NICU

Would any of you fabulous NICU nurses like to share any ethical dilemnas you have encountered in your practice in the neonatal intensive care unit? I am writing a paper about it for my leadership practicum. thanks a bunch for sharing.

Not yet, but I recommend reading "The Lazarus Case" to any NICU nurse in earshot.
