Question ELBW/VLBW care guidelines

I have volunteered for a project to develop a nursing standard of care for ELBW/VLBW infants for our unit. Does anyone else have one of these in place at their hospital that they would be willing to share? This is going to be a large undertaking with LOTS of evidence-based research needed. So any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Our hospital has begun this as well. I have no details as I did not want to be a part of it.

Interesting to see that perhaps somethings may change in the future....??
