Yes, it is free. Hard to believe. I've only been on it a few times so I'm not sure of what all is available. I don't think that you are allowed access to complete articles, but there are tons of case studies that are very interesting.

I have just spent two hours reviewing the cases on there- WOW! That's all I can say. I love this site! Thank you so much for listing it here! I'm only halfway done, and now I'm just looing at the photos because they're so fascinating. Did you see July 2002? And I found September 2002 particularly interesting because they were nursing-related.

Okay. More to add: Their nursing section is POOR. I just wrote them an email telling them what I thought.

However, I did find something else of interest. If you look at the NICU design section, you can see photos and statistics of other units around the country (I think there were about six or seven so far) and how they have redesigned their units or made major reconstructive improvements. Very interesting- I always love seeing photos of other NICU's; some were fantastic, others left something to be desired. Check it out.
