Question? - CHONY NICU Interview Help

Hello!!
I'm hoping that someone could help me out. I have a job interview lined up for the NICU this upcoming Monday. I worked as a NICU nurse for 1 yr at a neighboring hospital. But I stopped working almost 2 yrs ago. I got a referral with the nurse manager with a friend who's an RN on the unit.

I want to work in the NICU again, but I'm so scared to interview. It's been 2 yrs since I last worked as a level III NICU nurse and I'm scared that I'll be asked about treatment modalities. I'm afraid I won't remember proper procedures or medical terms. I REALLY REALLY want this job and any help regarding the interview process at CHONY would be appreciated.

Thanks!!

Re: CHONY NICU Interview Help

I was hired at CHONY after doing a student rotation there, so my interview was probably a little different. But frankly, I wouldn't worry too much about remembering modalities. We do everything Our Way and we're stinkin' proud of it.
