Changing isolettes, harmful or not?

Just a couple of quick questions for my research project.
How often do you change your isolettes for premies? Is the time different for different gestations or brands? We change ours Q 7d and I think that is too often for our micropremies. I have only one research article to uphold my case though of changing Q 14 d, help!
Thank you, RNC-NIC, Tampa, FL where it is sunny, warm and breezy--wish you were here...........

Try running a search on Allnurses on that topic. It has been discussed several times in this forum....You can start by looking at this thread a few lines above yours.

Happy posting!
