Hi,just wondering what sort of certificates or course i should take in order to be a NICU nurse here in USA.I have worked already as a NICU nurse back in Saudi Arabia under British management,and I want to be a NICU nurse here as well.Though,i know working here in USA is a lot different and lots of certificates and courses to be taken in order to be an effective nurse...I already took BLS last saturday and will be taking NRP classes next week,as well.Is NRP classes difficult here? Im kind of nervous with this one,but im excited as well,i want to be a NICU nurse.Help!

Just the NRP to get you started..............anything else, will be specific to your facility.

Thank you for the reply,you ease my worries...I've just registered in NRP class this pm for a feb 15 class...and hopefully,this will help me be a good NICU nurse and land a job here in USA.Cant wait to work!
