it is a blessing to have a home site to come home to, where there are people who know what your problems are because they have walked in your shoes...who can advise you when to stand up and be heard at work and when it would be wiser to step back for a minute
there is always someone with a new point of view or a different slant to an old problem you can find people with a specific knowledge that you need
you can form friendships across the nation and around the world as you share the ups and downs of life, planting understanding because in the end we are so much the same as everyone else
