Visiting Nurse...Any Resources Just For Us???

I am not too optimistic lol......BUT.....are there any books etc. out there specifically for nurses who do visits...in a short period of time and then out to the next home. I know there is info for home health nurses who do more extended hours, Visits are a bit different.
I'd appreciate any help I can get...really.
