I don't live in MS, but I just hired a nurse that is in recovery and has a restricted licence. She has great management talent. At times we have needed extra hands on the floor and she was not able to work "on a cart", but I have wonderful supportive nursing peers that help in a pinch.

Good luck with your search. I am in LTC. It is hard work but very rewarding and supportive. Try it! You will be surprise with positive support from your co-workers
