Well tonite, some kind soul from AA called my Dad. They are willing to take him on, to carry him to wherever he can make it. For that I'm eternally grateful, and more than eternally grateful to my friend who made this happen. I just want my Dad back..I just Need my Daddy back .
sorry for the drama queen post, i'm just at the end of my rope with this dear man and his problem!

Best wishes. I hope things work for him and it sounds like he's on the right path. But it's his disease and you didn't cause it and you certainly can't cure it.
(((((Danissa))))) thoughts and prayers for you and your family.
I am glad that your friend and others are willing to reach out and help but please remember Tweety's advice. It is his disease. Take care of yourself too throughout this.
