I am a doctorate student [and nurse] seeking nurses [with a BSN or higher] who live and work in Missouri for a qualitative study exploring the mentor-mentee relationship.

Subjects must possess a BSN or higher and have a mentor who also lives and works in Missouri; or be a mentor to another nurse who also lives and works in Missouri.
