Re: ohhhh my aching feet

I was wearing sneakers and my feet kept aching, I got some Nursemates with and they feel much better, like i've got a lot of cushion under my heels, I have really high arches so I think they feel better. The kind of shoes that are right for you might not be right for everyone, so you may have to try different kinds. i think support hose also help my legs and feet feel better, although they can feel hot when you're running around. My Acupuncturist reccommended changing my shoes and sock half way through my shift and massaging each one for one to two mins before, at halfway through and after each shift.

As someone said earlier, it is trial and error, what works for one may not another, and what works now may not in 6 mo. Always pay attention to your body and do not let pain in your feet and lower legs go untreated.

I have really flat feel and have to wear a custom made orthotic, which has made a huge difference. I can wear just about anything BUT Nursemates, which just kill my feet. However, Sketchers work the best for me.
