Re: Comfy Shoes for Wide Feet?

For the record, I wear New Balances at work. I just bought a pair of Nike Shox and they are WONDERFUL; I wear them to work out. I might just buy a pair for work as well.

Prmenrs, I have heard other people say good things about the New Balance 811s as well. I haven't been able to find them. Mine are 608s and they are great too.

Arwen, I usually buy them online now, but I think I got them the 1st time @ one of those big sports stores like Big 5 or something like that.

I bought mine at a Nike discount outlet store, so I don't know if that makes a difference. Mine are great. I have a narrow heel but very wide front...it may depend on if you are wide all over or just in one spot.

Re: Comfy Shoes for Wide Feet?

Just wanted to thank everyone who chimed in with ideas. I ordered a pair of new balance 926's from Zappos. They arrived yesterday and I am totally in . They feel like heaven. I wore them for my entire shift today and my feet feel awesome. The cushioning in the heel area and the way the shoes stabilize my feet is amazing. My feet can't thank you enough!
