Best shoes for nursing

I really need some new shoes for work. Something comfortable and that will support my feet. Any suggestions on what to get? I'll be working 12 hr shift.

Z coils, hands down. Expensive (about 200) but they pay for themselves. I feel like I am walking on mattresses.

Nike Shox are nice too. I wear mine with my orthotic inserts (I have plantar fasciitis) & I'm good to go.

Have to 100% agree w/Arwen. I put my Nike Shox on about 4:30am and don't take them off until I go to bed around 11:30pm. I honestly can tell you my legs, back and feet have never felt so good in another pair of shoes/sneakers. I've never thought to myself or said "I can't wait until I can get these shoes off my feet"

My feet bother me more when i walk around in slippers.

Everyone that knows me knows I have Shox in every color, style and material.

Re: Best shoes for nursing

I've been having back pain lately and was wondering if Shox would be a good choice to wear. I was also interested in them because they come if different colors so I can still be stylish when on the floor

Thanks for the advice!!

Re: Best shoes for nursing

I have been wearing Danskos for about a year. My arch "falls", giving my lots of feet and back problems. I have had much relief with these. I paid about $130 for them, but wouldn't go back.
