Pills, loogies, all sorts of things get dropped in the pants cuffs and so I finally got mine hemmed and don't have that mess anymore.
I was referring to the cuffed-ankle pants that look similar to jogging sweat pants. They have a cuff that fits tightly around the ankle, so that they look like sweats.
Urbanes all the way, although I've learned to be VERY careful when crouching. To the point that I hunted down undies that match all my scrubs, just in case. Dickies are too tight in the thigh, and Cherokees just aren't flattering... I think they're tapered? I don't really care for flare legs, but they're way better than the tapered ones.

Ahh, thanks for clarifying. I've worked with some people my height (or close to it) that wear those on occasion. They don't have to hem them.
