Scrubs that won't make me look like a blimp...

Hello all...sorry if this question has been posted before! I am 5'3, thin, and curvy. I'm an hourglass with a bubble butt, size 5. Not complaining mind you, but it feels like every set of scrubs I buy drapes over my chest and butt, making me look like a bloated pregnant tent.

Now, I'm not trying to be a sexpot at work (and clinicals soon), but I don't feel that I should have to look like I gained 15 lbs every time I slip on my uniform.

I just hate all of that extra hanging material.

Does anyone have any links for scrubs that are more form fitted and geared to someone with my body type? Ideally in CANADA? A U.S. site will do though if they have what I want.

Thanks!

Have you tried dickies? I'm 5'2'' and thin, although not all that curvy, and of all the tops I've tried on dickies tops seem to look the least like potato sacks on me. I also have a pair of Koi Lindsey pants that are awesome, although $$$.
I also tried on an iguanamed top that fit nicely, and I've heard other people recommend urbane for smaller women.

I have not yet tried any of the brands you mentioned...I hope I can get them in Canada! I might have to order them online. Thank you so much for the ideas, they should really help.

Hey darlin!! I am the opposite of you lol. I am very tall 5"8' and thin(128 pounds) and the BEST scrubs I have found so far are Urbane scrubs. They fit the most complimentary to specific body types. I would also suggest getting snap down tops because they fit a little tighter and better. They do for me but then again I am very tall!! I hope this helped a little bit...

I have the same body type....I tried a pair of the dickies everyday flare pants, but where I went they only had size medium in the tops. Which dickies tops do you wear?

Re: Scrubs that won't make me look like a blimp...

For school, we have to have the plain one pocket style. Dickies seems to make two styles of those, and both fit me in xs without looking like a sack. However, they are still pretty boxy, but that is to be expected. I'm sure the more feminine styles would fit better

Re: Scrubs that won't make me look like a blimp...

I agree on the Dickies. I am only 5'2" and most scrubs are way too long on me. The Dickies are shorter and nip in a little at the waist. I also just got some Baby Phat tops that fit in a similiar way, plus they are in some very pretty colors. The Grey's Anatomy are popular with my co-workers-but they fit a little too slim for me.
Hope this helps!
