www.tafford.com and www.allheart.com both have pants in talls, either cargo or boxer types.

I also need a tall inseam and have good luck with Tafford. They have decent prices. I prefer the cuffed ankle and also found these with Crest. Crest's average inseam is 34.5" in their cuffed which is the same as Tafford's tall inseam of 34". So, I'm going to try a pair of Crest's cuffed cargo pants as they have more colors available and hope they fit as well as Taffords.
Taffords has good customer service also. hth's

Lydia's and Allheart have some that are flared leg talls (Allheart has Barco brand even though they don't tell you that...I don't know what Lydia's has). I don't usually wear flared legs...I was born in the 70's and swore I'd never wear bell bottoms. But, these really aren't FLARED. And if you go to Allheart they are 14.50 a pair. If you don't have a credit card (like me) you can just mail in an order, and they are pretty fast about shipping it.

I really wish that more people would carry/offer tall scrub pants. And with a larger variety. I know that going to the uniform stores in town is really a little pricey, and I don't have that kind of money right now. When I have a few weeks I am going to sit down and sew some of my own....I just don't know when I'll have an opportunity...after this semester it's summer school probably the whole summer (just to get the upper division GE's DONE!!)

Good luck!! And if anyone else knows where to find some Tall scrubs....do tell!!

Amen. I am very limited as to where I can buy mine as I prefer the cuffed cargo pant in tall inseams.
