They're well constructed and last and I still wear them.
The legs are tapered.
The fabric is fine, BUT they come with a lot of sizing in them so I would stick 'em in the wash and keep setting the cycle to agitate for awhile. They feel great after the third wash.

The pockets are tricot lined... slippery to make retreiving your goodies easier. They have poly/cotton, cotton and denim versions.
Has anyone tried these? They're spendy compared to some of the others, but I'm salivating just typing abut them, LOL.
With pants like these I could tuck in my top!

I LOVE SmartScrubs cargos...they're all I wear now. Yeah they're pricey, but they are so soft and comfortable, long-lasting and they come in tall sizes (I'm only 5'6", but a lot of the other cargos only come to my ankles). You can even wear them to the store and stuff without feeling like you just came from work. Lots of colors, too. Try them, you'll love them

See, this is where it's all in your build. No way can I wear unisex anything. My hips are very wide and my waist quite small, and the amount of fabric cinched into a drawstring waist on me is just ridiculous.

just ordered my first set of cargo pants and matching top from SMART S.C.R.U.B.S.
Wasn't sure if they ran big or not, however... so I went ahead and ordered both small and medium sizes in pants, since they claim "easy return" policy, even including a return envelop.
Thanks for the info. 'Had never seen these before. I ordered 2 sets and they shipped the next day. 'looking forward to their arrival. thanks again!

These have become my favorite pair of scrubs. They are so comfortable, the pockets are roomy and reinforced by being part of the seams. The tricot lining makes retreiving stuff easy when I'm going by feel to grab what I need with one hand in the dark with a flailing pt.

I prefer OR scrubs too...since they are the only ones I can wear. I believe Medline makes the ones I like. The last batch we received had a lower rise, which I really like since I've got a short torso. I am the only one that will wear them though. I don't like a low hanging crotch on my pants...so these low rise (which aren't really that low rise) are great for my needs.
You can also check with central supply...our's can order scrubs for us...just about any brand.

Regarding the Medelita scrubs......
How do they fit? do they run large, roomy.... or small? I find the Dickies brand to be on the small size and the Cherokee brand on the roomy size. Landau seem to run "true to size" in my opinion. I tend to buy "Medium" tops and bottoms in Dickies, but small bottoms in Cherokees. Sometimes I go ahead and get mediums in tops for Landaus, just to allow room in the hip area b/c when I load the pockets of scrub tops, they pull around my hips, otherwise "small" tops and bottoms work in Landau.
Can you give me an idea of how the Medelita scrubs would compare in sizing?
Also.... do they run okay with length? I'm about 5'6 1/2".
Thanks for sharing your recommendation.
