Yes, it looks like the Adscope 'scope runs about $210-$350 (depending on vendor). Not sure how much a Littman amplified model costs, but it's bound to be $$$. The Thinklabs ds32A runs about $200. Less expensive, but it also allows you to record stuff heard through the 'scope (via the included cord).
