Smile Stethascope suggestions

Hi, I am starting an LPN program in August then moving on to get my RN. I have some hearing loss in one of my ears and cannot afford to purchase a hearing aid at this time. Any suggestions on the best Stethoscope for someone with hearing loss. I rather spend a little more from the get go to be sure I am able to hear well with it. Thanks in advance!
