Littmann Cardiology S.T.C.

Littmann cardio stc. Ordered. $180 shipped, & engraved. My present to myself for passing nclex. I've been using this $15 adscope junker through school, can't wait to actually hear something! Nobody is to borrow it without trading me collateral of something =, or > value, lol.

Weird, not sure what to do with my spare time now that I don't have to study questions...

I'll repost a small review once it arrives.

Re: Littmann Cardiology S.T.C.

Just arrived today! WOW! There really is a difference. The new littmann fits snug in my ears, and always positions itself nicely around your neck no matter how u wrap it. I can literally hear blood rushing, and the valves are a much sharper thump, rather than a dull distant bump. The rubber pads on the head (for your fingers) are thinner than I thought, but not bad. I have noticed less artifact noise. Usually when I would take manual BP's (old stethoscope) I would hear my fingers rubbing the head through the line, so to hear the pulse I had to keep the head very still.

Cant wait to put my new scope in action!
