For me, I think it's the weather..........our dark, cold, damp, gloomy winter was replaced by a dark, cold, damp, gloomy spring, and now it's June and it's still......dark, chilly, damp, and gloomy. While summer around here almost never truly gets a foothold until after the Fourth of July, we usually have SOME decent weather around this time of year. Not this time---other than about three days of heat in mid-May, we've had nonstop showers, wind and chilly temperatures. I'm so sick of it I could scream, me with my seasonal-affective issues that should have disappeared by now! ARRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHH!!!!

OK ! I have a cure! Its vitamin D, there is tons of new studies saying that SAD and depression and some joint pain is all related to Vitamin D deficiency, why because of lack of sunshine!! They are now recommending 1000 IU of Vitamin D daily for post menopausal women! They think we may be suffering from rickets!

Hey Inge, that's some interesting stuff!! I am postmenopausal and have joint pain, seasonal depression, fibromyalgia and fatigue---I think I'm going to "bone up" on Vitamin D and talk to my doctor. Thank you!
