Can I tell you that here in California . . . I went to my husband's cousin's son's wedding. It was outdoors at the local fairgrounds. The "usher" walked up to us with a beer can in his hand. And led us to our seats. Everyone in the wedding party, PRIOR TO THE CEREMONY, except the bride, was drunk, drunk, drunk.

I posted in the wedding thread a true story about how a country relative of my ex husbands, brought a fighting cock to my reception, my mother ,being a good old farm girl, wrung his neck cleaned him and cooked him up in a pot of soup the next day, the fighting cock that is , not my ex husband.
