Does any one know of a CEU offering for these topics, especially the one for Alternatives, if you do please email me ? It seems if this is such a hot topic there were be offerings for it

Lipincotts Nursing Center has a couple of articles relating to restraint-free care. The address is http://www.nursingcenter.com/new/search.cfm
just search under restraints.
Springnet also has a ceu course related to restraints. The address is
