informed consent good for how long?

Texas and informed consent: Is informed consent good for the same procedure for the same hospital stay or is it 1o days? I heard two different things? Just checking.. Thanks

Where I live the informed consent is good for 30 days.

How is this for specific? We have been told it should be "within a reasonalble amount of time" which our hospital has chosen to interpret as 30 days.
