ANCC Med Surg Exam and Study Guide

So I was just wondering, how difficult is the ANCC med surg exam? Also, I got the review book but was disappointed that there were no practice questions . . . can anyone recommend a review book with questions for this exam??

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!
