I have signed up for a review course (provided for free from my hospital) and will take the exam in May. Anyone who has taken it or is studying have any good ideas for texts to use?

I have bought off amazon used copies of the Springhouse Review and the CD rom version of the Med Surg Nursing Made Incredibly Easy. I'll review them in this thread after I have passed the exam (hope and pray).

I am excited about taking the exam. I like challenges. I also hope that it will make it easier to land a job when I move to Erie PA later this year.

I took the AMSN exam last May and passed! I really did not review much at all because I had no idea how to study. Actually, I found it a little more difficult then I had antcipated and it took me 3 and a half hours to complete.
I think if you just stop and think carefully you will be fine.
