I am an RN-BSN with three years med-surg experience. I intend to be certified this year through the ANCC. My question is, WHAT IS AMSN CERTIFICATION Please give me some feedback.

Your question was dated in March so I'm assuming you took the exam but wanted to tell you that I think the only difference is the offering organization. I haven't heard that one is better than the other. I work at a magnet-certified hospital so we take the exam through ANCC. Everyone should check with their employer to see who they recommend for testing. Hope you passed!
