Could anyone please suggest a really good source (book, website, video...) with instruction on IJ central line insertion?

There are some great videos from the Journal of Medicine "Videos in Clinical Medicine" (some have articles that can be downloaded) and You Tube concerning central line placement:

The online Journal of Medicine has a 21 day free trial period where you can have full access - definately worth a free peak. Good luck!
