Why I Call Her Miss Sunshine

Every time I see her,
She greets me with a smile.
She's such a lovely lady,
In her there is no guile.
I look forward to my visits,
She's cooperative in every way.
I love this little lady;
She really makes my day.
Her given name is Ivory,
But I call her "Miss Sunshine"
And I'm thankful to God,
For letting her path cross mine.
