Old Apr 10, 2008 08:22 AM - This was 15 years ago. I believe HAART therapy was new. But I do not know what meds she was prescribed.

Old Apr 12, 2008 11:19 AM - Thanks for the heart felt testimony. It encourages me to avoid being judgmental. Why do we judge others so quickly, so often?? Why are we so critical when we see others doing wrong?? I ask myself that question from time to time and still...I am unable to provide myself with a valid answer or excuse. Thanks for the story.

Old Apr 12, 2008 04:31 PM - Thanx to the shocking story!! A good less0n to all of us in judging people without first finding out why they are behaving the way they choose to behave. There is always a drive behind each behaviour but it takes time and patience to find out the reason behind it. We should always not be quick at judging each other.

Old Apr 13, 2008 11:26 AM - This story brought me to tears. Wow. It inspires me. I should't be so quick to judge. The things in my life could be so much worst, so don't take for granted the simple things that I have (health). Thank you for sharing this story.

Old Apr 14, 2008 09:37 PM - Janet the nurse. I can't relate in the aspect that I have a terminal illness, but I do suffer from chronic migraines and sometimes I can feel people wondering about or second guessing my motives and sincerities. I think I can manage after hearing Janet's story to see that in myself that it doesn't matter what others think about me because I want to be a nurse and by all the means I have within my body ...I will.
