In our hospital we don`t use vasopressin for septic shock, CPR... It`s our near future I think but now we don`t have any expirience with vasopressin. But we use desmopressin for patients with diabetes insipidus.
I have a few questions.
First, vasopressin = desmopressin? True or false?
If answer is true....our desmo is 4
microgram / ml in one iv. dose. I see on this pages that vaso iv. dose is
unit / ml. Does anyone have expirience with desmopressin for septic shock treatment? And what is recommanded dose for desmo in septic shock and CPR ( dose in micrograms / ml not in units / ml )?
Thanks!

( I hope this isn`t

question. )
