Just passed boards last week. Was a LPN for six years. It is for 24 weeks in a trauma one hospital. They also pay you and you go through all the unita learning.Must agree to stay for one year after training.Or pay it all back. What are your thought?Zar
Do it. I went through a Critical Care Residency Program when I completed my BSN. They sent me through a very thorough hospital orientation, Critical Care Classes and unit orientation for 6 months. This was for telemetry and ICU, not trauma. I had to sign on for 2 years. I completed my 2 years this summer, flew by so quickly, and I feel like part of the "old crew" already. One year? That's hardly a committment to get worried about. Do it.
