Hello all. We've been receiving some interest in having the FAQs (
www.icufaqs.org) put together in book form, and after some looking around we've learned a bit about "print-on-demand". This seems pretty simple - a person would click on a website link to order a copy, and the order would be transmitted to the publisher who would then print one copy only, and mail it out. Neat! Our question: does anyone out there know who we should go to to sign up for this kind of service? We know about balloon pumps, not publishing. Thanks!
Currently in production: a short article (big sigh of relief) on cardiac enzymes. Then maybe "Labs" (big sigh of terror!).
