Yes it is weight based. Normal dose is 2-10 mcg/kg/min.

We never used Neo as weight based 50-180 mcg/min same as levo. Dopamine was mcg/kg/min.

levo at 180mcg!??! we max out our levo at 30-40mcg!

Neo is not weight-based.

Dopamine: mcg/kg/min
Epinephrine: mcg/min
Nor-epinephrine: mcg/min
Phenylephrine: mcg/min

All of the "ephrines" are mcg/min. Though, there is a movement out there to make *all critical drips weight based.

Sorry Neo 50-180 mcg/min, Levo 1mcg-30mcg/min, Dopamine 1-20 mcg/kg/min,
Vasopressin 0.01-0.04 units/min, Epical- 1-10 mcg/min, Dobutamine up to 10mcg/kg/min
