Learning and Teaching Theories

I would be grateful to anyone able to supply any new information on this subject which may be relevant to my current module at college. I am currently employed in ITU in a five bedded unit in Scotland. Thanks for any information.

Try a book called teaching skills in Further and Adult Education by David Minton it is the curent text for the City and Guilds Teaching Certificate
