doing orientation on ICU...

but going to work on a step-down unit... and was looking for suggestions on how everyone manages going from one patient to two?

well, I have never had just one patient so I am probably not the person to ask. But, I would say it is a time management thing and you should proabbly get used to it since that is usual nurse /pt ratio in an ICU
