Datascope monitor issues

We have Datascope monitors in our ICU and for Tele and having some issues with excess alarms, pacing spikes when there shouldn't be, poor pickup after even after all items changed out. Anyone else have these issues and are there any fixes out there? We have had the rep here a couple times but without success. Any help would be great.
