Lightbulb Chest Trauma & ICC's / Chest drains

Hi everyone...I'm new here from Australia so HI to you all...
I'm a new grad in a mixed-case ICU and am doing a presentation to other staff as part of my assessment.
I am in need of some more info on nursing issues related to chest trauma and chest drains / ICC's. Such as care of chest drains, why someone would have one and any other nursing issues - links to sites or journal articles related to this topic is much appreciated. I have some info but a little more would not go astray.
Also...It's great to see that the USA & Canada also have new grads in ICU's...I love it and have never looked back. I know I love it when I can't wait to go to work each day & even the bad days are good!!
Thanks for your help!
