I am finishing up my critical care school application packet (graduate in may) and am wondering if any of you have any ideas what I will be facing in the interview process. I am told there is a panel of unit managers, Assist UMs, etc. who essentially grill you. What kinds of questions did you have in your interview for either CC school/internship, or for your job in critical care? I guess I can expect general questions like "name a difficult situation you experienced and describe how you dealt with it," but did you face specific clinical type questions, or was it just a general interview?
