Thanks for your response. I would love to do mass generals program but they require concrete experience in an assistive role in an icu, which I don't have. I've been a PCA in an ED for the past 2 yrs but they will not consider that. I have heard through the grapevine that Brigham hires new into the icu but see no postings on thier website about it. thanks again.
I work at Brigham and Women's- they do have a new grad ICU orientation which is 9 months long. If you're really interested I would recommend calling HR directly for more info (probably the best way for dealing with them). Good Luck!
