nursing student... hand tremor

Here's the thing: My both hands has essential tremor. especially when my supervisor or patient are looking at me...


The problem is....I am still a nursing student.....this tremor has greatly affected my performance.....I don't want it to shake again....

I am a nervous person in daily life......So I think it may be due to my anxiety..however, I dun want take any meds...could u help me....thx a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
