Hi! I am new to allnurses. I am 45 and have been a nurse for 20 years. I am in need of bilateral hip replacements due to severe arthritis and am looking for alternatives to the hospital setting. I am interested in health coaching for insurance companies, but don't know what they pay, or what working conditions are like. Anyone out there ever worked for, or knows anything about conditions and pay at places like American Healthways? Or working as a case manager for Highmark or Blues On Call? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
