Hip/Pelvic Injuries

Well after serious upper arm and wrist fractures, multiple surgeries to fix it and a few screws and pins later, along with a fused wrist and I finally had major surgery on my hip (reconstruction).
I now feel great but I have another 8 months to go before my other hip can be fixed as we need to give this first surgery time to heal. Still having some minor aches and pains on the operated side but was curious if there are any other nurses out there with arthritis or any history of trauma to the hips/pelvis?

what do you do at work, on breaks or at home to remove some of that discomfort?
