sexual abuse in the nursing home

Are there regulations in which the alzheimers patient should have been better protected from the schiz. patient? Thanks for your input!

Residents--no matter their diagnosis have a right to safety and protection.

If you have a patient that is abusing other patients you need to do something to protect everyone else.
